Your quote
What shapes a final quote
The proposal you receive depends on:
Clinical assessment
What the treating clinician finds when examining you in person.
Scans and diagnostics
Imaging may show bone, gum or root conditions that change the plan.
Materials
Implant systems, crown and veneer materials differ in cost.
Preparatory work
Extractions, bone grafts, gum treatment or fillings sometimes come first.
Number of visits
Some treatments need healing time between stages, which adds trips.
Inclusions
What your treatment proposal may include
Indicative prices normally include the following. Your written proposal confirms exactly what applies to you.
Usually included
- Accommodation
- Airport–hotel return transfers
- Hotel–clinic transfers
Confirm in the written proposal
- Flights
- Scans and diagnostics
- Preparatory work
- Additional nights
- Any separate concierge fee
Hotel details and transfer arrangements are also set out in your proposal.
Why some plans need more than one trip
The clinic sets the timeline. These are common reasons it spans visits:
- 01.Implants usually need months of healing before the final teeth are fitted.
- 02.Extractions or bone grafts may need to settle first.
- 03.Final crowns or bridges are made after impressions and fittings.
- 04.A review visit lets the clinician check fit and bite.
Documents that help with an enquiry
None are required to start. If you have them, they help a clinic respond sooner.
- 01.A recent panoramic X-ray (OPG) or CBCT scan
- 02.Your current dentist's treatment plan or quote
- 03.Clear photos of your smile, if you are comfortable sharing
- 04.A note of relevant medical conditions or medication, for the clinic
The online form currently accepts one PDF, JPEG or PNG file.
How to evaluate a proposed clinic
Questions worth asking about any clinic, including ones we put forward:
- 01.Who will treat me, and what are their registration and qualifications?
- 02.Which implant systems, materials and laboratories are used?
- 03.What exactly does the quote include, and what might be added later?
- 04.What happens if something needs adjusting after I return home?
- 05.Can I see the written treatment plan before I travel?
